'1 Hour Walking Workout | 500+ Calories | Beginner Friendly'

'With this workout we will steadily build up our endurance over a 60 minute time span. We have a few water breaks scheduled in, so make sure to have your water bottle close by, and a towel for when the sweat starts to drip!  This 60 minute workout is a full body workout with strong focus on the core! Make sure to brace your core as much as possible throughout this workout (while, of course, making sure that you are breathing).   Take your time with the exercises and slow them down if you need to.   There is a warm up, 3 rounds, and cool down in this workout. If at any point you need to stop and take a break or even stop for the day, consider it a win because you put the effort in and gave it your 100!
